What kind of Auto Dents and Dings can be Fixed?
Many auto body dents and dings can now be repaired without a trace, keeping the original paint in place. This process is called paintless dent repair or “PDR.”
Paintless dent repair is very effective for what kind of situations?
- For small to large dents,
- The dent is not near the edge of a panel,
- The paint has not been broken or cracked,
- The panel has not had previous body repair.
What if damage is found during the repair that is not on the original estimate?

How can I change my intervention address?
You can contact us to arrange a new intervention address. We would advise that you call us during office hours and confirm by email to ensure your request is dealt with urgently.
I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?
Maybe you skipped a required field. If the problem persists, contact us, detailing the problem you have encountered. We will be happy to assist.
What payment types do you offer?
You can pay for repairs or any services using Visa or MasterCard. We can not currently accept cash. In this case, we will draw a regular invoice.

How long will it take to get an estimate?
In most cases, it takes approximately 12 hours. The time taken involves speaking with you on the phone to understand what happened, looking at the vehicle pictures you sent, writing the estimate, and answering any questions you may have.
Will the color of the repaired area match the rest of the car?
Paint & Body Shop at Home will restore your car to its original look. We invest in the best paint and propose a meticulous work.
Will the car be repaired with factory parts?
Paint & Body Shop at Home will do its best to provide the factory parts to repair your vehicle. And, if unfortunately, we can’t get the factory parts, we will ensure that quality replacement parts
